Order processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During major promotions or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer; we will contact you if an unusual delay affects your order.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$80 or more.
- US$12 standard shipping on orders below US$80.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes or import charges.
Delivery times and tracking
Transit time varies by destination, carrier, customs processing and local delivery conditions. When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent after dispatch. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rate and, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility unless local law requires otherwise.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a change, contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing. Please also contact us if tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or damage.
